COVID-19: Hero Holds Ration Drive for Hindu and Young Christians in Pakistan
Pakistani activist Shahid Afridi is opposed to efforts to
help the poor and needy citizens of his country amid the epidemic that has
swept across the continent and the world.
In another beautifully religious act, 'Boom Boom' Afridi
participates in the minority struggle in his country. He donated the essentials
to Hindu and Christian communities in need at the time when Pakistan was
fighting the COVID-19 epidemic at a break-up rate. Through the Shahid Afridi
Foundation, the all-encompassing Panadon has raised funds and moved essentials
to more than 2000 families.
On Tuesday, Afridi took to social media and said it had made
a significant contribution to Hindu and Christian minorities in the country.
With his support, Afridi has been running a 'Donate Karo Na'
campaign, urging cricketers to donate and assist his cause in holding back many
motorists at a time when the country has seen over 1000 cases of the global
epidemic.
After helping many disadvantaged people these days, on
Tuesday, Afridi made a special donation to troubled minorities and shared
Hinduism with Christians.
