Trowback 1968, When 'Albert' Buses Between London And Kolkata On 'The Long Bus Route' In the late '60s, a double decker bus named' Albert 'made 15 trips between India and the UK and nearly tripled between London and Sydney, several sources said. The image of commuters at Victoria Coach Station, London, riding on a bus is obvious before the first ride on the world's longest route - between London and Kolkata - is now viral online. The bus also has additional 'luxury amenities' such as a lounge and dining area on the ground floor, individual bunks, private burners to keep passengers warm and elegant to make the bus feel less homey while traveling...
