Hello what is depression we all like to know about depression so today we will take a new look of depression by Treeya simple story.
What is depression? Have we ever thought that when we start feeling depressed?
No!
Because we don't care of us feeling, we we care for our skin we care for our family ,friends , their emotion and many more.
But we forgot what about us what do you feel in day to day life have you ever ask yourself that Did You Smile?
I think your answer will come no. Because we expect our loved one or our close one will take care of us emotion, but it never happened because our close one need a busy in their life they care for us that thing for us but no one can give you 100% attention every time. Because in this hectic situation we can't care for others.

a simple think of life is when we don't care for us others don't care at the same situation. The world will say anything about us about our looking about our thinking about our study and many more but we can't delete all the situation so we start feeling hopeless. We became angry we can't control our mood low appetite weight gain or weight loss we don't fit in our old dress that the most big depression thing because others will say that you become fatty if it is your weak point then everyone will hammer on that point everyone will kick your mind to make you weak in all situation just remember that if you are weak then others will able to kick you they will make you feel depressed other than they will not come to help you .
We face lots of stage on as life maybe we're dealing from the heartbreak situation and for that reason we did not done well with exam result , we can not get our dream job , when we lost our loved ones we start feeling alone that time we don't care for us in that situation if anyone will say anything to us that makes us too much hurt and we can't deal with that person we can't give the right answer to that person after that we start feeling depressed we don't want to be depressed this is not our habit but others makes that we are happy to get attention to become the depress.

Everyone come to advise us that we are depressed we are looking depressed we are hopeless we became angry. We are very rude we don't care for others and many more. and finally we get a tagline that is we are arrogant for the society. Inner short case IDC that is I don't care
But the line is really true ? I don't think so we really care for others and we see when we care for others we expect that others will care for us at the same time . They will look for us they will take care for us but when we don't get that feeling from others we become depressed , we become lonely but no one have time to think about us, that the main major depression reason of depression yes we can deal with the depression when we will start caring of your feeling . When you will take a good food like proper breakfast proper lunch proper dinner when we will do yoga , exercise , swimming, reading book, video game, and many more, when you will care for our cloth when you will do makeup when you will take care of your hair use simple skin care routing.
When you will start your day with the simple ordinary answer battles I will smile today and enjoy your day. At the late night ask yourself did you smile today I think that's the biggest answer to a depressed situation I hope my blog will help you to overcome from your major depression situation.
