Firoz Shah tughlaq described the Puri Jagannath temple and jwalamukhi temple at karnatak in 1360 he invited to destroy the Jagannath Puri temple in 1326 ad. He mat with the success in his expedition to sindh, before this he had lead an invasion to nagarkot with an idea to destroy the jwalakhi temple.
